Re: Me again!

Oh dear what a mess. Mediation with one lady, and having a relationship with 2 other ladies!! He has dug himself into a deep hole and it wont end well for anyone I suspect. I think you were right not to ask about the tears, she has to get her own life back in order, and you cant forever be the one who tries to sort things out.
You know I could understand it more if she loved him, but if she doesnt why is she having this sexual relationship with him? She will only get hurt. If you have sex with someone, there is always a tie made that is hard to break whether we think there is or not, especially for women. I also dont get how she can be so cruel and deceitful to the other lady, who has done nothing wrong.

Re: Me again!

Chosen,

I don't know what she's thinking or where head is. Love/lust twists the mind - but she's allowing herself to be used. But there we go - her choice.

She's made it perfectly clear where I stand in the scheme of things.

I wish I'd felt like this a year ago. At least then we'd be closer to divorce and I would have some funding to get my own place!

She's an absolute fool, but can't see it.

Re: Me again!

Weird this morning. Went round to drop off something for my daughter - and when my w opened the door she was really pleased to see me. Big happy smile and nice chat.

Normally she's got a face like thunder.

Best thing was I got the biggest hug and cuddle off my daughter. She was so pleased to see me.

Anyway - I read nothing into it. Just wished them both a happy holiday and headed off.

Glad we can be civil.

Anyway - lady I met last week has kept in touch. We've agreed to meet for a movie or coffee sometime. Sounds a bit silly after recent events - but it's friendly and nothing else.

Re: Me again!

As long as she knows that SM. Sometimes one can think one thing and the other has different ideas. Does she know that you are still married?

Chosen,

Yes - few drinks loosened the lips. She knows the story.

It will be some nice company. She asked if I'd like to meet up - no rush or anything like that. Just when we can fit it in.

Re: Me again!

Hi all,

Just wanted to say I've decided to stay off the forum for a while.

I've found that I've been using it as my solace for too long now and need to stop relying on it.

It's been a great help and I appreciate every single bit of advice I've had off you all over the past 18 months.

Now it's time to move on, look to the future and leave the past behind.

I've learned so very much from all of you about relationships, myself and what it means to be a proper and decent person.

As I have said before - I messed up in the worst way possible and have lost my whole foundation. But I need to rebuild by myself and get to a place where I am the man I want to be, not a gibbering wreck.

Once again, I thank you all for sharing your good sense and experience with me.

All the very best to you all. You have been more of a help than I think you could ever realise.

Many, many thanks.

Signing off.

SM I really hope that life gets better and better, and am pleased that you are determined now to get on with things and move on. Come back sometimes and let us know how things are.
