Menopause

Hi. I have a really strange question to ask.

I am with someone and she tends to have lack of oomph and tends to have mood swings. She is 43 andcan be very happy one minute and then very moody the next. Periods can bappen every 1-2 weeks. Sometimes 3-4 weeks or as she has told me she can bo with or witbout a period for up to 2 months. She can feel very cold during tbe day but her body can feel like an inferno at night. I actually wake up sweating with her heat.

I have done a google search but it is not very clear. Any he, p or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Its possible that it is peri-menopause(google it)but she is young to have the menopause itself. Has she always had irregular periods? How long has she been having the mood swings and 'feeling hot' thing?
It may be that she has always been moody of course. Only a blood test will be able to tell her if it is something to do with the menopause.

Re: Menopause

I really don't know. But I Google this and the symptoms match. But of course it doesn't mean that she is. But being tired and just wanting to relax all the time is not her. She always use to be active plus her muscle pains are a big sign such as aching shoulders, hands and back. It is not a problem if she is going through it. I just want to understand if she is.
