Smile divorce

My divorce had been granted in the courts yesterday. Things were so crazy that i forgot to ask my lawyers a few questions. Maybe someone here can help me.

How long do i have to wait before i can get married?

Would i recieve a copy of the divorce decree?

Re: divorce

Hi there,

You don't say what part of the world you live in. In the UK, you are free to marry when the decree absolute has gone through. When you go to re-marry, you will need documentary proof that you are no longer married to your first wife(?). As far as I know that is the only requirement. Other countries may have other arrangements.
