Post Marriage just for Christians?

What makes marriage distinctly Christian? Can non-Christian marriages succeed? Are they less fulfilling? How do Christians cope when they are married to unbelievers? Does it have any effect, not being able to share their faith with their spouse?

Sorry if what I wrote mislead you - I don't think marriage is just for Christians - I think it is something for anyone. I just asked whther there was anything different about how Christians saw marriage from how others see it. What do you think?
