As I have got any knowledge regarding marriage regulations in the UK, I must seek some help on the forum and I hope you guys provide it to me
At first, I will say something about myself. I am 23yo guy from Poland. I have been here roughly 2 years. Currently I work at a restaurant and from this September I am starting the course at Manchester Metropolitan University. About 5 months ago I met a Thai girl who I seriously felt in love with. And cutting to the chase, I am aiming to marry her!
And my problems and doubts are at this point, because I am not sure what first steps we should make to stay together in the UK.
Anything I know is that I (or her?!) must apply for a spouse visa in her home country.
But also can I apply for Polish passport for her in my embassy??
Please , give me some knowledge on how to make everything work for us.
Is that all process going to be hard and is big money going to be involved in all that operation?
