Problems with our sex-life

I have been married for ten years with a minimal sex life. It has caused me great hurt . My wife is basically a strong and kind girl with a small problem she is fridgid she flirts outrageously with male friends yet has only a minimal feeling of how she effects them. A real risk is that she will be fourced into sex ie ""you have been asking for it"etc. Other symptons include dressing overtly seducsively yet guarding against getting involved in sex.

Hi, I very much identify with what you are saying although has not been quite the same in my marriage the end result is similar. My problem has been that we have never really connected, in a way almost a dishonest marriage, not able to share our closest stuff, not wanting to know it, I know I can't change my wife and that leaves me feeling trapped but know I have to do something to meet my own needs. This must be similar to some of your feelings. I will be interested in the expert views. Good luck, Rab.
