i have been married for 18yrs and have 4 children, 6 weeks ago my husband left saying he didn't love me anymore it was a big shock, i would like to sort this out but don't know where to begin, can anyone give me some advice

Dear maiden, you don't say too much about your situation but you appear to be somewhat bewildered by what has happened. I get the impression of you being in some sort of daze for last 6 weeks and now wondering what to do. Do you have some one close to talk about it, some one emotionally strong enough for you and who you can trust. If not why not seek counselling as it will be real hard to work through this on your own. I'm sure writing here can also help but seems to depend on who is replying at times.
