What do I do?

I met an Asian girl and now we are talking about marriage..

Trouble is a long time ago I secretly got married while abroad. Nobody knows as it was one of those good ideas at the time...
I've never told anyone back home (including the current girlfriend)

Since been divorced etc so I am 'free' to marry but what happens to the validity of the marriage if I 'forget' to mention the first one?

Neglecting the moral issues of she should know for now (thats a hard one to moralise or justify I know) - I'm more concerned right now about invalidating this one. Especially when her visa would depend on it afterwards

Anyone of legal persuasion have any ideas?

You would be wise to seek legal advice (http://www.2-in-2-1.co.uk/php-bin/jump.php?linkid=48) from a reputable company of solicitors to set your mind at rest legally. You could do this confidentially in the first instance, but I would suggest that you think carefully about whether to tell your potential fiancee. You don't want to start your marriage without a firm basis of trust and openness between you.
