As you are looking for a Christian Counsellor I would look at the Christian Counsellors UK Directory (http://www.2-in-2-1.co.uk/php-bin/jump.php?linkid=11) which has contacts for centres throughout London. (and the UK) - a quick scan I dentified centres in Grenwich, Hanbury, Tower Hamlets and Norwood all of which are East London I think (a bit rusty on geography!!)
