Not feeling my strongest thest past few days and feeling like everything is getting on top of me.

We are praying for you Hopefull that you may know His strength.

The best way though is to actually know Him. Do you know how to do that?

Thanks Raymond. I try and believe in his strength yes, it's hard when good people seem to be being dealt such bad cards in life but I know he's carried me through these past 5 months and helped me through my bad days and I hold onto that.
