7. Say yes to freshly squeezed juice.
8. Deep breathing.

in addition to this, you need to establish a routine by setting specific time.get a good night sleep, aim to get about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. learn to relax, this help lower your overall tension and stress levels. manage time is more effectively reduce stress.

I indeed agree with all the tips you shared. We need to love ourselves first and in the way you can have a good relationships with others if you maintain the healthy lifestyle habit.
