Well everyone,

I don't know if this sounds strange:confused: or if it is beyond belief:o but since my husband and Igot married 10 months agao, he live at home and I live at home.

We agreed on this because he was not working at the time, and I did not want to move in with him because his mother says that he and I argue too much.

But now its driving me crazy. I don't know what he does behind my back sometimes. It is getting ridiculous.

He starts a new job on Monday, and I hope its a chance for us to finally get our own place together. I know his mother would want him to stay there and pay all of her bills. She does not work.

He is 24 and I am 25.We start marriage counselling today, after only 10 months some of you might say. But I just need a third party to try to make a difference with him.

Hoping for the best.

I would say it's about time you did set up together and Mum-in-law let go, so you can build a new family together.

I hope that the counselling goes well. When you've gone as far as you can with that, how about trying an inventory programme like Prepare/Enrich (http://www.2-in-2-1.co.uk/healthclub/servprov/marenhself/prepinc/) or FOCCUS (http://www.2-in-2-1.co.uk/services/foccus/) to help you discover some of your strengths and weaknesses and ways to start building a way forward. They are both available beyond the UK - the links we have are to UK contacts but they can help if you live somewhere else.

Best wishes
