The first couple mentioned in this could have been me and the ex.

It's absolutely true that you have to go through the stages in order to heal.

To start with life stands still... but then slowly it starts to move on again.

I'm now healed and have moved so far on it's as if that shocked person I once was didn't exist . For that I'm thankful.
