wife left me

im hoping this might make things easier by writing down but not holding much hope.just need talk bout with people who might been there.my wife of 13 years has left me.i love this person more than anything,she was my life.she had cheated before and i didnt want her 2 go.found out recently she been cin him again for over a year.stupid thing is though i still want her back even though common sense says forget her she not worth the effort and move on cos she gonna keep cin him.i know i will never trust her again.knowin and doin though are hard,really hard.i cant accept its over.

You will feel like you still want her for a while. That's perfectly normal and it's ok to still love her. What you really need to do is give yourself time to adjust and to see how you feel. Is she still in the house? If not try to keep your distance for as long as you can. Read as much as you can on the subject, helps to understand and see that this is not your fault. I have lot's of ebooks I can send you.

You need to re-build your self-confidence. You deserve better but sometimes it takes a while for you to really realise that.

Try posting in the main forum as more people will see it. Remember that you are not the only person this has happened to therefore trust when people tell you that it gets better and better and bettre.

Keep posting even just to vent.
