Well, it's been 3 weeks since my H told me he no longer loved me and wanted to leave. Last night, after spending the day with his family, he told me that I was a part of his family and it wasn't fair of him to take everything away from me, especially when he see's me working so hard on our issues, without giving it a chance. He says he does still love me and he can't picture his life without me in it! So, he is now willing to work on it and he told me to just keep doing whatever it is I'm doing and don't walk around on egg shells, scared that he'll leave if I do something wrong.
A great big THANK YOU to whoever posted the link for the Stop Your Divorce book!!! It changed my life and made me realize where I was to blame and what I needed to do to change it, not just for our marriage but for me and my daughter.Our main issue was that I always took her side and didn't let him help parent her. Wrong, so very wrong!!! It eventually made him feel like we ran the place and he was living in someone else's house.
I bawled my eyes out last night, but these were tears of joy, the kind I never thought I'd have again. So, from the bottom of my heart, thanks for all the great posts!
