Can my husband move another women into our home even though i left the house because i was frightend of his threats. wat is the law on him moving her in.

Moving out was your big mistake ...he has every right to do anything he likes in there now (apart from damage the property or possessions).

Is the house in JOINT names? If so, I hope you have taken steps to ensure that he cannot do anything to screw you both financially (e.g. draw on the equity etc)

If he was threatening you, you should have filed a restraining order against him, and slung HIS ass out!

The house is in joint names and we married i been told he cant move anybody in or stop me moving back in this women was the cause of our breakup

When the house is sold you are owed half the proceeds. You are entitled to move back into your house if you wanted and this woman has no right to be in your house. I think you will find the law is on your side but obviously you need to look into a lot more.
