Is not just the bottom of a kids meal in McDonalds.

The sun is shining, and I saw some cherry blossoms falling off a tree lined avenue on my way to work yesterday evening, it was like it was snowing through the sunlight shafts.

I pray that the people here are able to see through their pain to a brighter day.

(can we keep this to a happy thread, a bit like the Argggg one, but happier? It might be a nice cusion to fall on in harder times. Sometimes I need to pinch myself to remind myself that there is more to my life than pain)

Hi Bill,

Good idea. My happy moments are watching my dogs running in the morning dew with the sun shining and the chicks singing for their breakfast at the break of dawn. Watching the parents darting back and forth to feed their little ones with only one intention, survival.

Watching them catching the last bit of sun of the day as they frolic in my birdbaths, washing off the days hard work with their broods.

Can't wait for the comical antics of the chicks when they fledge, never fails to make me smile as they try to mimic their parents.

Oh, the joys of Summer and all that it brings.................. Lola x

Yes what a lovely day, I drove to the gym in my 2 seater cabriolet which I am desperately trying not to sell to help out my finances because of the split and its days like this, roof off, tunes blaring that bring a little pleasure into my life and I think nooooo way :D
Also I laid outside on the sun terrace at the gym taking in the rays and used my imagination to think of waves hitting the beach and that I was somewhere else..it almost worked ;)
And I have just come back from the pub with the kids who have had fun playing in the playground whilst I have had a couple of cold shandys :)
