God, sometimes when you think youre at rock bottom, its so hard to look up, lastnight I went out with some of the guys from the floor, and we went to a bar, long story short, I bumped into an old college friend, someone I havent seen for almost 10 years. We hit it off and one thing led to another... but this morning, I could barely look her in the eye. Shes a good soul, a really kind and considerate lady, but I was repulsed by my actions, and by what has happened. During the actual act it was all I could do to not call out my wifes name, shes all I wanted, and its so weird, i havent been with anyone since the breakup almost two years gone.
Am I losing my mind to be thinking like this. The other person left this morning with the most horrible uncomfortable silense between us.

Don't beat yourself up about it, you did something because you felt you needed to and you are still not ready and things weren't right.
All I would say is if you are friends with this woman or likely to see her again to apologise in someway if you feel that is necessary, she obviously wanted you so take it as a compliment and try and boost your confidence.
It's been 6 months for me since I have had any intimacy :eek: and I don't have a clue how I will feel being with someone else :confused:
