Coffeebean - Cryings good, trust me I have done plenty of it over the last few months.
It releases pent up anger and frustration. I also think that crying is part of the healing process we all have to go through to move on with our lives.
The fact that we cry shows that we are human beings and have emotions, unlike some of our other halfs.
The thought from Alice above is exactly how you should be looking at things, You will get to a better place and you will reach there a better person from the one you started out as.
I never thought I would ever reach that happy place but I am getting there and I like it.
Found that I have changed a lot in the process so some good has come out of it.
Take care
Tim

Here is another helpful thing to think about
"If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you,
what you do not bring forth will kill you."
The Gospel of Thomas, Verse 70

My first thought was unfulfilled expectations leading to disappointment. One never gives up hope but sometimes we have to re-position ourselves, learn by mistakes and wrong expectations and go on.
