I have been in my own house since April now and when we split he agreed to pay part of my rent as the house is more than i could afford to pay but he wanted us to seperate as fast as poss, so for the first month he gave me the money, the second he said he could not give me the full amount but i insisted he did now this month he hasnt even botherd to pay any thing and the whole amount has come out of my bank leaving me with - 20 £, i have tryed his mobile but its turned of ive left text messages but no replie and as he refused to give me is adrress i have no way to contact him, im not sure what i can do now, he knows i need the money and that i cant manage with out it so he is just being nasty it's not as thou its a fortune 120 a month and he can afford it he has almost 1700 after tax just from his main job; he also teaches 2 nights a wk so he has the money, if i had contact with him any other time a part from when he drops of the cheque and he thought i was harassing him fair enough but i dont, he never even botherd to send my daughter a birthday card and he was her step father for 9yrs, im so anoyed with him and myself for trusting him to pay i should have stayed put or made him put it in writing more fool me it also anoyes me that he still has the money to take his tart out but cant give me 30£ a wk for rent
