Dear all,
I have a few questions if anybody could help answering them :
- Can a British muslim ask for divorce in UK if his marriage was in his own country (Pakistan) but not registered in UK?
- Is there a way to convince the wife to consent a divorce without going through the 2 years separation? ( she refuses divorce even if she knows that her husband is an adulterer and her refusal is based on her husband's giving her everything he owns !!).
