Getting harder and harder

I previously wrote about finding out my husband was having an affair with someone we both worked with. I have tried forgiving him but I just can't seem to get past it because every Mon-Friday I have to see this person at work. My husband I think is being black mailed by her. Because every time we talked about it he keeps saying you seem to forget this is an employee of mine and could file charges against the company. I went over to his office just the other day and he was sitting in her office not talking about business. She tries showing him how sweet and innocent she is around me but when he is not around she totally looks the other way. A friend of mine told me that I need to meet her outside of work and tell her to back off, and do not tell my husband what my intentions are. What do you think?

I would say it was not a good idea doing anything behind your husband's back. If you want to rebuild trust and respect in your marriage then that won't help. If this woman does want to make trouble then don't give her any amunition.

It must be very difficult when all three of you work together. Surely the way forward is to encourage your husband not to be alone with her and to keep a very professional manner with her.

WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO KEEP DOING THAT TO YOURSELF. GOING TO WORK EVERYDAY WITH THE TWO OF THEM MUST BE MISERABLE.....GET ANOTHER JOB......AND LET THEM BE TOGETHER.
IF HE DOESNT WANT HER ANYMORE .....HE'LL GET AWAY FROM THAT PLACE TOO!
