Why is it less common used than a surgical one?

That must be why there are so many people on here talking about bjs, promoting porn movies and trying to sell dodgy pills and adult site memberships. I think people are taking that invitation to 'express views on anything' a bit too literally. Yes, conversation is good but I think the posters should bear in mind that this site is primarily about strengthening marriages and not flogging dubious goods. I doubt the op will get more than one response giving an opinion on the original question because most of us here are not qualified to offer a sensible opinion one way or another...
