Hello,
Not half hour ago i asked a girl out that i have liked for over 2 years now. But she said no and gutted my confidence and cabaged me mentally as she was sending out clear signs for a bit now that she wants to get with me and everybody who enw about us didnt expect her to say no even her best mate thought she would jump for joy and say yes. But my question is how do i get over this dilema and something to help fit my brain back into place

I think the best thing to do if confront this issue head on. The only way to find out what is REALLY going on with this girl is to ask her point blank. She maybe afraid to seem to eager and that is why she dissed you, but there is no point in speculating. Talking is the only way a relationship can work, it is hard to do at first, but it will get easier the more you practice good communication skills. Instead of being confused:confused: gain knowledge:rolleyes: by asking her why she lead you to believe that she would date you. Tell her your friends lead you to believe she was interested also. The worst that can happen is you find out that she isn't the girl for you!

I think this is great advice. Def ask her. I wouldn't like to think she's been playing games with you. Maybe she got really nervous when you asked her, freaked out and said no.
