Just to let you all know I won't be posting for a while.I've reached a stage where I feel I have to deal with some problems in my life that I've ignored for far too long and until they are dealt with I don't feel I am in a position to offer sound advice to others on here.
I wish you all well and hope that whatever the outcome in all of your very different situations you all come out of them stronger, happier people,
Helen

I know you have quite a few things going on in your life at the moment and I hope you manage to sort them out. We will miss your insight and humour on this board. I think I speak for all of us in hoping you won't be away for too long.
Take care,
Helen

Hi Helen
No matter what you think or what you feel your advice is ALWAYS sound and most welcome. You've helped me so much - both on this forum and privately by E-mail. Your sense and compassion have given me hope when things have looked really bleak. And even when I've known that you were suffering yourself you always found time to respond to me in great detail. You really are a lovely person Helen and I so hope that you can find a way to deal with the demons that have been inflicted upon you. If karma exists you'll find your happy place. Please keep in touch and let us know how you're getting on.
Lots of love and best wishes

It's been a priviledge to be part of your journey so far - thank you for being willing to share so openly and to encourage so many both with your advice, but more importantly with your struggles.
In the words of the old Celtic verse:
May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face, the rain fall soft upon your fields, and until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
