I would have sent this by email but you have not provided us with a working email address.
We have received several requests to intervene from other users, and indeed there are postings in the threads below requesting you to change your tone.
Please moderate your tone, in particular your desire to demolish other's postings sentence by sentence - others find this intrusive and aggressive.
If you do not cooperate we shall be obliged to ban you for a period or indefinitely.

Dave,
You do what you have to do to in your capacity as administrator/moderator. But where were you and your crew a few weeks ago when all hell was breaking loose on this board and our posters were being verbally attacked and sworn at in big capital letters for about 8 pages on?
So, let me get this straight: From my past experience of your moderations and that of your crew - It's okay for me to denegrate, swear at and be rude to posters so longs as i don't quote what they say and keep my tone down?
Yes, I am being facetious but to be honest the mod crew have been anything but consistent. Not only that but to suggest I cannot deconstruct someone's post is ridiculous.
But, as I said, it's your board - you do what you have to do. And I'm sure you will act swiftly too.

I will add my voice here and just say that I too feel a deep sense of frustration. I am frustrated that gripes are not dealt with properly and threads are closed so that the frustration continues. I am also frustrated by the fact that posters are not dealt with consistently. If London is going to be reprimanded in the face of some useful, though bluntly delivered advice, at the very least abusive posters (who offer nothing but abuse) should be reprimanded too. We have not seen that happen. Instead, we have seen whole pages of abuse (unjustified) directed at the very people some posters have asked for advice.
I am not going to tell you how to moderate your board. Ultimately that is up to you. But I will ask that it is moderated consistently. If one person is going to be reprimanded for being blunt, abusive and aggressive, all such posters should be - and in a timely fashion.

What I am saying is if you are being castigated for those reasons, then those who are really deserving should be too.
