Wifes twin coming between us.

Where to start. My wife has a twin, they are very close. Luckily for me my wife has always put me first and i have always accepted her twin as if she was my own sister. Infact me and her twin are or were very close.
Pretty recently she has had some trouble at home, she and her husband haven't been getting on and they decided to split up. Now she has completey changed.
All she wants in life is to go out, meet men and have fun. Don't get me wrong, good for her but the thing is she is trying to get my wife to do the same. When she comes down, which is almost every day, i am made to feel unwelcome in the same room as her. When i leave the room they start to whisper and when i walk back in they stop. She phones atleast 3 times a week asking my wife to go out with her and up until tonight my wife has said no.
I do trust my wife, thats not the problem. I just feel her twin is trying to split us up. Trying to get my wife to live life like she is. Even my wifes best friend agree's with me. I just feel its only a matter of time until this gets worse.
I have mentioned how i feel to my wife but she tells me to stop being silly. Is it a wise choice to speak to her sister or just leave it and see if it blows over?

I would actually offer to take the both of them for a night on the town, tell them that they can let their hair down and you'll be the driver. This way you will be able to see what your sister-in law expects of your wife.

Talk to your wife about your sister-in law, ask how she is going etc. Become more interested without being pushy. There are probably things that your sister-in law doesn't want you to know about hence the whispering.

At least this way you will be able to get more of a feel of what is happening.
