Thank you Dave for that. I was very happy and surprised that you posted so quickly. At the moment, I am in a strange city, 200 miles from home so little things like that really warm me.
I am going to be seeing a Psychologist/Art Therapist through the local NHS. I went for the first time yesterday and sobbed the whole time I was there. I've never been one for showing my feelings, but now I'm like an open book.
I think that most mothers and many fathers would say that it's the kids that keep them going and it's no different for me. Basic instinct and thank god for them, even if I find them hard to cope with.
