Hey all!

I just have a question about trust. How do you trust someone who has lied to you in the past? How do you move on and forgive and forget?

Anyone have any tips/ links that I could use?

It isn't easy because there are no guarantees that someone has changed and will not let you down again but many people do when they realise how hurtful their behaviour is.

I think that you gradually become reassured when their behaviour is transparent and open. That is how it worked for us when something went wrong in our marriage.

Thank you Kate! I will check into the article right now. I feel that the behaviour has changed but am still a little weary at times.

Once someone has decieved you, you will know the signs. I can trust my wife until the day she displays the signs. you will know.
