I am worried about my son, He has been going with this girl for a few years now and they are about to get married, he has bought his house, her name isnt on the mortgage, he thinks that she might have been cheating on him, if they get married has she any claim on his house,

First of all, if he thinks she's cheating on him, why is he going through with the wedding? Secondly, if the marriage does not last, a judge will have to decide whether the house is part of marital assets and that would probably depend on the length of the marriage. I think counseling should come before the wedding and then if they're going through with the vows, certainly he would want to help provide for her if things don't work out. It is a partnership.
