Help!!

hiya,

Like the lady who is longing to be intimate with her husband, well Im the opposite way round. When my wife and I first met, we were intimate every day almost, then it got to every week, then now its once or twice a month!!

She had two children by a previous relationship and I do understand that as their bedrooms are next door and across the hall, its a small house, it is hard, I know that and I respect that. Howver at the same time, it is frustrating.

A while ago my wife complained it was hr making the first move, so from them on it was me that made the first move. Now it is getting beyond a joke.

Now my wife hardly ever does. Dont get me wrongI love my wife dearly, but this is getting frustrating. Our lovelife is failing, and I want to save it, or at least tell my wife how I feel..

Ive always been a hearts and flowers guy, always have. I tell my wife I love her, hold her hand etc.. Dont get me wrong she had used do all those things, but now she doesnt, nothing.

Should I just tell her that our lovelife is failing? By no means am I a sex maniac, but there are limits to my abstinance!! I also dont want to upset her. It isnt easy being told something like that. Some time I feel that I am a platonic marriage....

Any advice on what to do?

Hey Jack, You both need to really air out your problems. Remember what I told you, It's time to put your foot down and demand to get some couselling! There could be many reasons why she doesn't want to have sex, but we can't answer that for you. I don't think you are doing anything wrong. You sound like a loving husband. If she doesn't want to work things out and get counselling, maybe you are going to have to give her an ultimatum. "Work with me on this or I'm leaving you. I've had enough!"
