my husband has left

my husband left 2 days ago, we havent been getting along for a while, he says hes sick of arguing all the time - we do.
I dont know what to do - he came round today and we went out but it was so hard to say goodbye. He says he hasnt gone for good but needs to think about things. I dont know what to do or how to cope. want things to get better but dont know how am frightented to say or do the wrong thing and drive him away forever
