Child and Dispute Resolution
Introduction
CAFDR recognises the importance of a child's continuing relationship with both parents following separation - and the child's need to develop and grow whilst supported and cherished in two homes, free from divided loyalties.
Research has shown that protracted disputes involving children cannot be other than harmful to the child; thus, a timely resolve via 'Early Interventions' is key. For a child, a week is a long time.
