Introduction

Seeking to serve local churches to restore a lifestyle of "Great Commandment Love", Intimate Life Ministries provides ministry leader retreats, resources and lay training in relational skills. Keeping Marriages Healthy is an eight session course which can be offered to couples by local churches through workbook and video either weekly or over a weekend or combination of both. Experiencing God's word as it relates to marriage is at the heart of the message, particularly focusing on spiritual emotional and physical intimacy. The material provides practical tools and offers simple yet profound principles to enjoy marriage as God originally intended.

They also offer Galations 6:6 Retreats for couples in minstry.

In partnership with the Light House they also offer 24 hour mini intensives. This provides the opportunity to encounter the key principles of the Keeping Marriages Healthy material with the security of a facilitator offering additional support, care and comfort. This will be particularly helpful to couples experiencing stress in their relationship.

Three day intensives are also offered, usually involving four couples, plus those leading. Those who want to become more involved with helping other couples will be participating. Experiencing the material personally at a deeper level in a group context is excellent training. Those currently struggling in their marriage will also find a 3 day intensive an invaluable opportunity to concentrate in depth upon ways to strengthen their relationship and increase their marital intimacy.
